Petti Motorsports is extremely thrilled and honoured to be chosen
as the sole representative of The Ontario Formula Ford Championship
with the opportunity to display a racecar at the The
2007 Canadian International Auto Show, in Toronto, from
February 16th-25th, 2007.
The CIAS is the largest consumer show of any kind in
Canada in both size and attendance. The CIAS is one
of only 4 internationally sanctioned auto shows
in North America, along with Detroit (usually), Chicago, Los
Angeles, New York (every 3 years.) The CIAS is the largest
Internationally Sanctioned auto show in North America, covering
over 850,000 sq.ft. in the North & South
Metro Toronto Convention Centre and Rogers Centre.
Petti Motorsports recognizes the unlimited potential for this
opportunity as it provides tremendous value for our corporate partners
and thrusts the whole series in the spot light at the largest and

It is with great pleasure that the OFFC announce Ford of Canada
- www.ford.ca -
is now partnered with the Ontario Formula Ford Challenge for
the 2006 race season. The Formula 1600 engine is a Ford engine
and it is wonderful news that Ford of Canada wanted to be partnered
with the OFFC who are now entitled to use the Ford logo.

The Ontario Formula Ford Challenge is pleased to announce that
Vintage Tyre Limited in conjunction with Britain West Motorsports
have agreed to supply the 2006 Rookie winner of the OFFC a full
set of tires (4) for the 2007 season. The OFFC would like to
thank Britain West and Vintage Tyre for this generous offer.
The top Rookie will be decided using the Class point system.
The same rules apply for the Rookie Champion as the Class Champion.

for the 2006 race season in the Ontario Formula Ford Challenge.
The Formula Ford RF90 racecar utilizes fiberglass bodywork that
Super Carstar Collision Etobicoke specialize in. Tony Chiummento
of Super Carstar Collision ensured, with his knowledgeable and
well-trained staff, that the bodywork would be completed and
cured in excellent condition with quick turn-around time. Thank

Brian Stewart support for the OFFC continues (thanks Brian from
all of us) Brian Stewart Racing in his ongoing support of the
OFFC has agreed to supply a custom fit Bell Dominator helmet
to the Overall Champion of the Ontario Formula Ford Challenge
to use in November at the IRL IPS test in Nashville Tenn. The
Overall Champion will get to keep the helmet after the test.
This prize is in addition to the full test, race licence and
IRL hard card.

Brian Stewart of Brian Stewart Racing has now offered up one 5
gallon pail of Lucas Oil per race event weekend. In an ongoing
effort to promote the Ontario Formula Ford Challenge, Brian Stewart
has agreed to supply the oil to be given out at each event to
a Driver in the OFFC. Details of the awarding of this prize to
be posted at a later date. The OFFC Officials and the OFFC Drivers
would like to thank Brian for his generous offer.

For the 2006 season, Brian Stewart of Brian Stewart Racing has
agreed to sponsor a full IRL test to the Overall Champion of
the Ontario Formula Ford Challenge in Nashville, Tenn. The Overall
Champion of the OFFC will receive a full IRL test in an IRL racecar
and will receive an IRL Licence if qualified. This package will
also include an IRL hard card, which will give the winner access
to each and every IRL race. All expenses will be paid except
for travel to and from Nashville but the winner can work out
to go with the team. The overall Champion will be the driver
with the most points at the end of the season from all classes
and no drops. This prize package is open to all OFFC drivers
18 years of age and over due to IRL rules.
Brian Stewart Racing www.brianstewartracing.ca is
of one of the first teams to join the Indy Pro Series when it was
formed in 2002, returns in 2006 as defending champion. Wade Cunningham
gave the team its first series pole position (Watkins Glen), first
race victory (California) and first championship in 2005. Brian
Stewart Racing has been a driving force in North American motorsports
for more than 35 years. The team fielded cars in Formula Ford,
Formula 2000, Super Vee, Atlantic and Indy Lights prior to joining
the Indy Pro Series in 2002. Brian Stewart, a native of Scotland
who moved to Canada at a young age, began his motorsports career
as a driver in 1965. He captured the Canadian Formula Vee title
in 1969 and Formula Ford championship in 1972. He formed Brian
Stewart Racing shortly thereafter and has enjoyed tremendous success
in the development of driving talent. In 14 seasons of Indy Lights
competition, Brian Stewart Racing won 31 races and two championships
and captured 27 pole positions. Open-wheel racing standouts Paul
Tracy, Cristiano da Matta, Bryan Herta and Jaques Lazier all raced
under the Brian Stewart Racing flag. Stewart was inducted into
the Canadian Motorsports Hall of Fame in 2005. |
